Meeting Rooms

 These 6 modular conference rooms, are all equipped with the latest in technology, ideal for small meetings or congresses of up to 240 persons. Heavy and cumbersome equipment to be used in conferences and expositions can be easily carried and installed in the room. As all rooms give to the outside, they benefit from direct light and depending on requirements could be fitted with different seating configurations: school, horseshoe, auditorium layout (with or without lighting effects), with head conference table, show room set-up or any other configuration upon request.

The multi-media equipment found in the conference center comprises audio-visual equipment, overhead projector, video projector, ADSL Internet connection, Wi-Fi Area and videoconferencing equipment with ISDN or ADSL connection. Simultaneous translation services and video recording of the event are also available upon request. As an added feature to the conference center, the Mestre hotel can provide coffee break and buffet services, which can be offered and prepared right in the rooms or in adjacent spaces or even in the garden. Lunch meetings can be held and served in the main floor restaurant.
